German general, reconstructive, and vasculoplastic surgeon Thomas Haffner, M.D., holds board certification. Between 1983 and 1989, he received his training at the Semmelweis University's OTKI-Clinic in Budapest. He is a specialist in general and plastic surgery, with a focus on senology and intimate plastic surgery. Between 1990 and 2000, he completed additional training in vascular surgery in Germany. He has been running a private practise for cosmetic, plastic, vascular, and intimate surgery in Cologne, Germany, since 2000. His primary area of interest is endoscopic, minimally invasive breast and facial surgery. He modified the endoscopic facelift technique and created the ground-breaking vertical scar free 3D mastopexy and breast reduction, with a focus on the midface and peri-orbicular region.
